About Me
Hi, I’m Liz. I’m a late-diagnosed ADHDer, qualified life coach, and passionate advocate for neurodiversity.
For most of my life, I didn’t know why things felt harder for me than they seemed to be for everyone else. Despite earning a degree in Early Childhood Studies and a Master’s in Social Work, I constantly battled with time blindness, executive dysfunction, and a mind that craved dopamine hits to stay focused. Tasks often got done at the last minute, not because I didn’t care but because my brain worked differently.
Growing up, I was the child who loved "P" things: Playtime, P.E., and Playdough. Teachers noted my potential but always mentioned inconsistency, distractibility, and daydreaming. That same feedback followed me into adulthood, where I was labelled disorganised and chaotic, despite working twice as hard as everyone else to keep up.
Like many women with undiagnosed ADHD, I kept piling more on. A demanding career, the challenges of parenting, relationship struggles, trauma, and eventually the exhausting juggle of solo motherhood. I have two beautiful children, and becoming a single mum added another layer to an already overwhelming load. The tipping point came during perimenopause, when my symptoms intensified and burnout hit hard. But through that storm came clarity. After finally receiving my ADHD diagnosis, I realised it wasn’t about being broken or lazy. It was about learning to work with my brain, not against it.
That’s when everything changed. I retrained as a coach and found purpose in helping others do the same.
I don’t believe in forcing neurodivergent people to fit into neurotypical moulds. I believe in creating systems and lives that work for you. No fluff, no shame, no pretending.
Just honest, supportive coaching for real life.

My Approach
In our sessions, I help you understand how ADHD manifests in your life and find practical ways to work with it, not against it. We will unravel unhelpful patterns, shift perspectives, and create space for you to live in alignment with who you truly are. ADHD cannot be cured, but we can implement tools and strategies that support long-term change and lasting growth once we understand how it impacts us.
As someone who was diagnosed later in life, I know first-hand how overwhelming and misunderstood ADHD can feel. My mission is to help others harness their strengths, let go of shame, and thrive in every area of their lives.
I believe coaching should be personal, respectful, and rooted in integrity. Everyone’s experience with ADHD is different, so I tailor my approach to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you are navigating acceptance, in the thick of burnout, or ready to step into empowerment, I am here to walk beside you.
Drawing on both personal and professional experience, I take a holistic approach to coaching. Together, we will explore what truly matters to you, challenge limiting beliefs, and set achievable, meaningful goals. We will look at how the ADHD brain functions, how hormones play a part, and what you can put in place to overcome the day-to-day challenges. The aim is to help you build a life that feels manageable, fulfilling, and authentically yours.
